Agreement made on between (”Customer”), and (”Provider”) as listed
In consideration of the following mutual covenants, Customer and Provider agree as follows:
Customer owns a boat located at the their marina or represents customer owning boat at their marina. Customer agrees to engage Provider to provide
Provider agrees to perform these services under the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
Provider agrees to perform any and all tasks necessary for the completion of the Services.
COMPENSATION
As compensation for the Services, Customer shall pay Provider the agreed sum payable directly to Provider.
Provider shall take all precautions necessary for the safety of and prevention of damage to Customer’s boat and other personal property on or adjacent to the boat, and for the safety of and prevention of injury to persons, including Customer’s employees, Provider’s employees, and third persons, on or adjacent to the work site.
All work shall be performed entirely at Provider’s risk. Provider agrees to carry, for the duration of this contract, public liability insurance in an amount, and with an insurer, acceptable to Customer.
By checking agreeing to having a Coast to Coast marine service the Customer agree to pay the worker at the rate of 165$/hr
